MedHQ, a healthcare advisory and administrative service provider, has named Michael Drucker CFO.
Mr. Drucker joins the company from Health Care Service Corp., the Chicago-based parent of five Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans, according to an Oct. 10 MedHQ news release. He held several leadership positions at HCSC, including working with its private equity and venture capital investment portfolio, network performance, and value-based care initiatives.
He most recently served as HCSC's executive director of network business solutions, according to his LinkedIn page.
He previously served as senior vice president of payer relations at Athletico Physical Therapy.
"MedHQ has a long-standing relationship with HCSC, and we are thrilled to have Mike join our team as we continue to pursue long-term partnerships with healthcare providers throughout the U.S.," MedHQ CEO Tom Jacobs said in the release.
