Point32Health CEO departs

Point32Health president and CEO Cain Hayes is leaving the company after three years in his role.

The company said Sept. 13 that Mr. Hayes is leaving “to pursue other opportunities.”

Point32Health’s board of directors has appointed board chair Eileen Auen as interim executive chair, effective immediately, while the company searches for a permanent replacement.

Point32Health is the parent of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, which have 2.2 million members across five states.
