SCAN Group has appointed five new executives, including a chief technology officer and chief marketing officer, to grow its Medicare Advantage business.
Here are the organization's newest executives, according to a July 10 news release from SCAN:
- Senthu Arumugam was appointed chief transformation officer. He was most recently a partner in McKinsey and Company's global healthcare practice.
- Francesca Rinaldo, MD, PhD, was named chief clinical innovation officer. Dr. Rinaldo was previously senior vice president of clinical product and innovation and chief medical officer at home health platform CareLinx.
- Nishant Shukla was named chief marketing officer. Mr. Shukla was most recently vice president of marketing at Medicare Advantage organization Clever Care Health Plan.
- Annie Low was named corporate vice president of quality and healthcare services. Ms. Low joins SCAN from Molina Healthcare, where she was vice president of Medicare quality and member experience.
- Rona Li was promoted to corporate vice president, diversified business and corporate development. Ms. Li joined SCAN in February.
SCAN Group operates SCAN Health Plan, which provides Medicare Advantage plans to residents in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.
