Five insurance leaders have been named among the world's 200 most influential CEOs in 2024 by CEO World's annual ranking published in January.
The top three CEOs in the world are Bank of America's Brian Moynihan, JPMorgan Chase's Jamie Dimon, and Saudi Aramco's Amin Nasser.
The magazine analyzed nearly 2,300 CEOs' business performance across 61 countries. Measurements included financial returns during the CEO's entire tenure, along with the company's track record on environmental, government and social issues. Market share, change of market capitalization and brand impact were also included.
Five payer CEOs named:
- UnitedHealth Group's Andrew Witty — 13th place
- CVS Health's Karen Lynch — 58th place
- Cigna Group's David Cordani — 61st place
- Elevance Health's Gail Boudreaux — 71st place
- Humana's Bruce Broussard — 194th place
