Oscar Health has named two more Aetna veterans to its executive leadership, joining former Aetna CEO Mark Bertolini, who joined the company earlier this year.

Mark Bertolini, CEO. Mr. Bertolini was Aetna's CEO from 2010 until the company's acquisition by CVS Health in 2018. He most recently served as co-CEO of Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. He was a strategic advisor to Oscar before becoming CEO in April.
Mario Schlosser, president of technology. Mr. Schlosser served as Oscar's CEO since co-founding the company in 2012 until Mr. Bertolini's arrival. He then transitioned to president of technology. He remains on the board of directors. He previously co-founded the largest social gaming company in Latin America. He also served as a senior investment associate at Bridgewater Associates and worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Europe, Brazil and the U.S.
R. Scott Blackley, CFO: Mr. Blackley returned to the role of CFO after serving as Oscar's chief transformation officer from January to August. He previously served as Oscar's CFO from March 2021 through December 2022.
Alessa Quane, executive vice president and chief insurance officer. Ms. Quane joined Oscar in March 2021 after a 25-year career at AIG, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief risk officer.
Ranmali Bopitiya, chief legal officer. Ms. Bopitiya oversees the company's legal, risk and government affairs functions. She previously served as chief legal officer for Everside Health.
Jesse Horowitz, chief product officer. Mr. Horowitz is responsible for developing the company's product strategy and road map. He has been with Oscar since 2014. He previously held operational and product positions at EnerNOC.
Rebecca Krouse, chief people officer. Ms. Krouse has been with Oscar since 2018. She previously held security and senior operational roles at Bridgewater Associates.
Fausto Palazzetti, senior vice president and chief actuary. Mr. Palazzetti has been with Oscar since 2014. Prior to joining the company, he served as managing actuary for Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
Steve Wolin, COO. Mr. Wolin leads the development and execution of Oscar's service organization, insurance operations, population health, pharmacy services, behavioral health, and virtual care. Before joining Oscar in 2020, he served as head of corporate strategy and strategic partnership for Optum.
Kiki Louis, MD, president of Oscar Medical Group. Dr. Louis oversees clinical operations for Oscar Health. Before joining the company, she served as vice president of medical operations for the Mountain Region at Concentra.
Sean Martin, MD, chief medical officer. Dr. Martin was appointed chief medical officer in March. He joined Oscar Health in 2016, serving in various clinical leadership roles at the company. He was previously the chief medical officer of Seremidi, a startup health tech platform.
Vickie Baltrus, chief accounting officer. Ms. Baltrus joined Oscar in 2021. She previously served as senior vice president of finance strategy at Kemper Insurance.
Kerry Sain, executive vice president of +Oscar. Ms. Sain oversees the go-to market strategy for Oscar's platform business. She joined Oscar in August from Aetna, where she served as chief commercial growth officer.
Steven Kelmar, executive vice president and chief of staff to the CEO. Mr. Kelmar will join Oscar on Sept. 14 after serving as senior vice president of strategy implementation at CVS Health. He will be responsible for driving corporate strategy, guiding Oscar's long-term growth road map and evolving executive management processes at the company.
