Bright Health has sold its virtual care platform Zipnosis to health technology company Florence.
Zipnosis has facilitated 4.5 million patient encounters and engaged 3,500 physicians at over 50 healthcare organizations, according to a May 24 news release. Florence works with more than 40 health systems.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bright originally purchased the company in 2021.
