Cigna, Aledade partner on value-based primary care for seniors

Cigna and Aledade are partnering on value-based primary care for seniors.

Aledade, the nation's largest network of independent primary care facilities, helps independent PCPs transition to value-based care models, according to a March 23 news release.

Cigna's Medicare Advantage members can now receive care from Aledade's network of independent primary care practices in Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Since August, Aledade has also partnered on value-based primary care with CareFirst BCBS, Humana, and Elevance Health.
