The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, according to a Feb. 24 UnitedHealth news release.
UnitedHealth Group reported record revenue in 2024, but profits declined as the company continues to grapple with costs associated with the February cyberattack on Change Healthcare and headwinds within its insurance business, according to the company’s year-end earnings report released Jan. 16.
Total net earnings in 2024 were $14.4 billion, down 35.6% from $22.4 billion year over year. Total revenues in 2024 were $400.3 billion, up 7.7% year over year.
