Aledade and Humana are expanding their ongoing partnership to provide care under a value-based arrangement to Medicare Advantage members at Federally Qualified Health Centers and rural health clinics across 26 states.

“This expanded agreement is an important development as it allows us to improve access for our members to quality health care in areas, such as rural communities, throughout the nation where there have historically been a shortage of hospitals and clinics,” George Renaudin, Humana’s insurance president, said in a March 20 news release.

The two organizations have worked together since 2019. In 2023, they inked a 10 year partnership around value-based primary care for seniors, which includes a path to full-risk agreements.
