Arkansas BCBS and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock are partnering to offer educational discounts to the payer's more than 3,200 employees.
The partnership includes a 10 percent discount on tuition and fees, a $25-per-credit-hour book scholarship, and a waived application fee for employees enrolling in undergraduate classes, according to a March 10 news release.
"We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where employees are engaged in our mission statement," Maria Silva, talent acquisition partner at BCBS, said.
