UnitedHealth Group will lease a 33,500-square-foot office space in Tempe, Ariz., the Phoenix Business Journal reported Feb. 13.
The company was issued a permit by the city of Tempe to renovate the 15th-floor office space for $1.4 million.
UnitedHealth Group subsidiary Optum Rx opened a 213,000-square-foot home pharmacy delivery facility in nearby Mesa, Ariz., in October, according to the outlet.
